At Tehzeeb Libas, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges exclusively for size-related issues. If the item you received does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same article.

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued, valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.

  • How to Request an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at 0328 4484801 or email tehzeeblibas@gmail.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange.

  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges of [Insert Amount] will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, the exchange will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation once your replacement order has been dispatched.

  • Non-Eligible Requests: We do not offer exchanges for reasons other than size, including change of mind, color preference, or personal liking.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory to process such claims. Upon verification, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


2. Return Policy

  • General Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are only applicable if your order is confirmed as lost in transit by our courier partner and is not delivered. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.


3. Additional Guidelines

  • Returned items must be completely unworn, free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup marks, or any signs of use. Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for exchange.

  • Please do not send any product back without prior approval from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • The return address may differ from the shipping address. Our support team will provide the correct return address once your exchange request has been approved.
